2. Product Description:
YBM-12 Model high voltage/low voltage Preinstalled Type Transformer Substation is applied in 10KV ring network power supply, dual power supply and terminal power supply system. It is a full set device of electricity transformation, distribution metering, compensation, control and protection. Besides transformation built in substation, there is four station or two station load switch, stand-by fuse and plug fuse in high voltage side. Control electronic appliance, distribution appliance, compensation device, measurement instrument and other equipment can be installed according to user's demand in low voltage side. The transformer oil is used with insulated and arc extinction medium.
Based on absorbing foreign advanced technology, we developed the transformer substation, combining with the actual domestic situation. The transformers are S9-M, S11-M model. For the full set product, there are volume small, convenient installation, low noise, low losses, full protection, simple maintenance, cost effectiveness and other characteristics.

3. Performance features:
(1) *Cabinet Body
The bottom seat of YBM-12 Model Preinstalled Type Transformer Substation is welded with channel steel, which is dealt with rust protection and then sprayed with antirust paint. The outing shell is made by environmental composite plates and thin steel plate or aluminium alloy plate. The top of steel has a inner insulation layer and there is a ventilation and heat dissipation vent opened along four sides. Box transformer substation can be designed to mesh type and triangle shape model according to designation or electricity demand. It can be designed environmental protection landscape model or ordinary model according to installation environment location. The cabinet can be invided into high voltage chamber, transformer chamber and low voltage chamber three mutual independent isolated room.
(2)*High voltage chamber
Inbuilt with 10kV(6KV) high voltage distribution cabinet, it always use ordinary SF6 load switchgear or inflatable SF6 load switchgear; When the transformer capacity is more large, it can be equipped with vacuum breaker cabinet.

(3)*Transformer chamber
It is equipped with dry, immersed or special type transformer. Roof of the chamber install ventilation and heat dissipation vent devices. The bottom of oil immersed transformer is equipped with oil seeped fence and is equipped with protective netting.
(4)*Low voltage chamber
It is inbuilt with fixed or withdrawable distribution cabinet;The transformer substation set mearsured observed window, which is very convenient for meter reading in outdoor.
